All packaging and shipping costs are included in my prices, so you never have to pay anything except the price of the item.
The Costume Portal, and Holder Couture clothing items are shipped around the world from my home in Nottinghamshire, I use the Royal Mail tracked option that is sufficient to cover the value of materials. Some items may be sent by Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Handling time includes dressmaking, which will be approximately between 7 days to 90 days depending on the price point and my workload.
The jewellery on my site is generally shipped via USPS International which is about $20, included in item prices. These items ship out from New Jersey, USA.
Handling time for jewellery is approximately 3-7 days depending on how fast your payment clears, either into my bank or through your chosen credit option, and confirming shipment with my jeweller.
Please allow up to 90 days before any special event for custom clothing. This timeline is only approximate and depends on my workload. I finished one costume in 2 days, and another took 6 months!
I deliver to most countries however please let me know if checkout isn't working to your country.
Refund, replace, or exchange any jewellery within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unworn and undamaged, in the original box, and include any original certificates where applicable.
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card within 3-5 business days after the return is received.
